Science recently proved that our life satisfaction, aka Happiness, has very little to do with the circumstances of our life but is in fact related to the way we respond to these circumstances. The biggest scientific discovery is that we have the power to rewire our brain, through easy daily techniques and activities, to change our response to these circumstances. In other words, we have the ability to change your mindset and create a Happy mindset for yourself.

You have the power to become significantly and sustainably happy within 4 to 6 weeks ! But keep in mind that if you want abs, you need to get to the gym everyday, not just once in while, every day ! Brain fitness works on the same model "Do it or lose it" so in order to see change you need to be willing to put in the work. During each session you will learn scientific facts and tools, you will have experiences of relaxation, healing and reflexion. And most importantly, you will leave with a set of exercises to carry out between each session. 

We have developed 3 programs that address Happiness issues from different perspectives, depending on what your needs are and on the challenges you are facing. Take a look, we would be delighted to take you on this journey !


 

Stress Management & Resilience

  • Do you feel constantly stressed and anxious, maybe sometimes depressed?

4 sessions

10 minutes practice daily formal and informal

  • Understanding the neurobiology of stress
  • Identifying your stress triggers and coping mechanisms
  • Stress emergency tool box
  • Learning to manage reactions and build resilience

Mindfulness

  • Are you often angry, upset or sad?

6 sessions

20 minutes formal practice daily 

  • Self Awareness : developing the ability to read your own emotions and recognise their impact while using gut feelings to guide decisions
  • Self Management : managing your emotions and impulses and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Social Awareness : gaining the ability to sense, understand and respond to others' emotions 
  • Relationship Management : strengthen your ability to deal with conflicts in a way that fosters calm and compassion
  • Strong Mental Health : managing stress, building resilience, embracing change, cultivating optimism
