BRAIN FITNESS PROGRAMS 


While the Lunch and Learn sessions are a great first step into a positive life change and contribute to a healthier workforce and healthier bottom line, the brain fitness programs constitute a real transformative experience both for your staff and your organisation.

At the Happiness Society, we do much more than just "teaching to fish". We do DIRECTED NEUROPLASTICITY or what we call BRAIN FITNESS

Neuroplasticity is the ability of our brain to rewire itself through repetitive behaviours and activities. We do teach techniques to build resilience to stress, to boost creativity and innovation, to build emotional intelligence and to foster work relationships based on trust and collaboration - especially when under pressure. But we also accompany your staff over a period of time to make sure that the rewiring process is taking place so that these learnt tools, techniques and behaviours become natural and automatic. We are the personal trainers of the mind !

With regards to neuroplasticity, we do not believe in the old model of taking your staff out of the office for a whole day of training because, best case scenario, they will come out with a great set of tools and good intentions to use them. But we all know that life takes over very quickly and the good intentions give way to the old habits.

This is why our program runs for 4 to 6 weeks, consisting of 60-90 minutes group sessions each week, with facts, tools, reflection and experiences. With the detailed homework (no more than 20 minutes a day), all the participants have the opportunity to apply the learnings in their daily life, to fully embrace the benefits and to actively rewire their brain, shift their mindsets and change their habits for the better.
